Part of AEJ’s Values and Visions is that “A car park is the beginning of the retail experience and should enhance, not detract from it” this is also true of any part of a scheme’s common areas. We passionately believe that a safe, clean and welcoming environment is crucial to the success of a retail park. AEJ have built an in-house team that have the capability to carry out all of the cleaning disciplines required for a scheme’s common areas. Part of this is a mobile team which can respond quickly and effectively to our clients needs through innovative resourcing such as our self contained vehicles carrying all the required specialist equipment needed.
‘Front of House’ is especially important to the presentation of a scheme with paviours often being viewed as an extension to a unit by retailers. This hard use area can quickly become tired and unsightly without regular maintenance. AEJ provide a scheduled paviour cleaning programme using specialist equipment to bring paviours up to a high standard.
As with paviours, canopies are an important part of site presentation. AEJ conduct canopy cleaning for its clients using a pure water system (reverse osmosis water purification systems are built in to AEJ’s self contained vehicles) which provide extremely high results when conducting this service. Clients requesting both Canopy and Paviour cleans can often benefit from a cost reduction due to the works being scheduled in at the same time for our mobile teams. Along with canopy cleaning, windows and facia cleaning can also be undertaken by the mobile team.
