An area which AEJ is rightly proud of is the quality of its client reports. A surveyor may have many schemes within their portfolio spread over a wide geographical area making it logistically difficult to visit all of the sites on a regular basis. AEJ act as the ‘eyes & ears’ on site through either a manned presence or management visits. Standard reporting covering Health & Safety, Tenant Feedback, Tenant issues, Maintenance Defects and Void Unit checks are offered to all our clients; however bespoke reporting will also be included on a clients’ request.
Each manager is equipped with the right tools to ensure a rapid and effective passage of information. Site based personnel and Facilities Support Managers all have access to a laptop computer, Blackberry and mobile phone. Incidents can be reported immediately to the client backed up with photographs for visual reference.
In addition to operational reports, AEJ provide evidence of staff deployment through Vehicle Tracker reports and Staff Tracking reports. This is particularly useful for clients to check on mobile activities such as Landscaping visits and specialist cleaning where time on and off site can be easily identified. Client login to AEJ’s website is offered where reports can be viewed in real time.
