As part of AEJ’s complete FM solutions for retail and business parks an in-house landscaping / grounds maintenance division has been established to offer our clients a one stop shop for all soft services on a given scheme. Each mobile team is headed up by a highly qualified landscaper who oversees all works undertaken. During downtime in winter months, gritting services are undertaken by the team allowing AEJ to employ staff on a permanent basis which offers the advantage of continuity, motivated and knowledgeable workforce over seasonal workers often used by other landscaping companies.
