Quintain Estate & Developments plc, in partnership with Workman and Partners and AEJ Management Ltd, have been awarded the prestigious park mark award at its Wembley Retail Park. The award is an initiative by the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in car parking facilities. For customers using the retail park, a Park Mark Safer Parking Facility means that the area has been vetted by the police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

This award demonstrates Quintain’s continued commitment in providing the highest levels of customer service within the Wembley Island Site. This is the first facility to gain this award within the Wembley development area.
